We understand that life can be unpredictable, and things can come up unexpectedly. However, if you have an appointment scheduled with us, it's crucial that you inform us as soon as possible. A quick message, text, or call when it is safe to do so will allow us to potentially offer your slot to another client.

In order to maintain our standards and respect everyone's time, should you be running late, we have a 7-minute grace period.  Clients arriving more than 7 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled, depending on availability. Communication is key

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy:

Reschedule/Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least a two (2) hour notice for any appointment rescheduling/cancellation.

Availability Limitation: Same-day rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that we may not be able to reschedule your appointment on short notice.

Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than two (2) hours' notice, you may be charged a fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service at your barber's discretion.

No Call/No-Show Policy:

No Call/No-Show Fee: In the event of a no call/no-show, you may be charged a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service at your barber’s discretion.

Future Appointments: After two consecutive no-shows, we reserve the right to limit future online bookings and may require that future services be on a walk-in basis, subject to availability. 

Please note that these policies are in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients and manage our schedule effectively. Time is valuable in our industry, and missed appointments or late arrivals disrupt our schedule and impact our ability to provide quality service to all clients.  Mutual respect is essential; we ask that our clients respect our time just as we respect theirs. Repeated violations of this policy may result in the refusal of future services.
